Looking forward to your explorations. I have just ordered (can't remember the name) the new rules from Victrix by Anschlus Press, which I think covers the same scale (looks modifier heavy), so it will be interesting to see how they compare, especially in complexity.
Hi Norm, War On The Ground has maybe a more tactical scale than O Grp (states 1:1 although Sections are on group bases) and yes more 'traditional' type lists of modifiers (look ok though). Uses D10 & D20 and not seeing any type of limiting C&C such as unit activation or Pips or Orders ? of course worth a punt :-)
Looking really good. I just ordered these myself so keen to hear your experiences. Are the six Shermans(?), just off screen top, included in the British orbat?
Hi 2 Shermans and 2 Fireflys in OOB but when a Firefly is damaged you roll to see if Firefly replaced by standard Sherman (up to Nov 1944) so I have 2 ‘spares’ in shot :-)
