Yes it certainly does but I try to mitigate this somewhat by drawing new cards face down and only revealing if needs be ie to check if fire card available to opp fire with etc (sometimes I will use a D6 to allow/disallow play of cards), not perfect but works for me :-)
Does knowing that one side has no move or fire cards impact on solo play?
